Are you good with party menus? can you help?
It's a gallery opening... it will start at the gallery 7-9pm and then move to our house 9-11pm. The house party will be poolside with torches and fountains and a reggae band etc. It looks resort-like. There are over three hundred people invited but we expect that maybe 100-150 will show up. At the gallery (very small gallery.. the even will be in yard under a tent for a short time) we will only serve cheeses, fruit,, crackers, mimosas and bottled water. WE NEED HELP FOR THE HOUSE: It must be something very simple that i can do DAYS ahead of time.... and can be set outside by anyone. I will hire someone to do grilled skewers (that i can prepare in advance). I was thinking of an asian noodle salad to go with this (cold).. got a recipe for me? beyond that i desperately need other things that will be ridiculously easy and cheap.... I have to feed over 150 people and make it something i can do days in advance.. can you help? Thanks in advance!
