I have known this girl in my dorm for about 3 months now, and I really like her.However, she has been in a long-distance relationship with a guy at another college for a little over a year, and she only sees him about once a month.She talks to me about him sometimes...sometimes good things and sometimes bad things about him.But, it doesn't look like they will be breaking up anytime in the near future...She treats me much differently than the others in the hall, and she has even told me that I am her " favorite" in the hall.She is always coming into my room to bug me, will punch me in the arm, gaze at me, laugh at little things I do, ask just me to get a meal with her, ask me to sit with her on her bed to do a crossword puzzle together, etc.Some hall mates and I went on a road trip one weekend, and she told me that I was the only one invited back and she said her parents really liked me.She used to ask me but now she just expects me to help her with things, hold stuff for her...sometimes I feel like I'm filling in for her boyfriend, and she talks to me about everything (sometimes TMI since she's so comfortable around me).Even some people on my hall think that she might have a thing for me...However, her boyfriend came to visit her a few weekends ago, but they spent almost the entire time in my room since we have a big screen TV.She asked me to go to dinner with them every night he was there.The boyfriend seemed a little annoyed, but they never spent one meal alone together, and never did any " bonding" activities together.He asked her if they wanted to see a movie together, and she shot that idea down and said she'd prefer to stay in my room and watch a movie.Sometimes it seems like she's indifferent towards him, and sometimes she seems to really like him.Just recently, she asked me if I wanted to go to Myrtle Beach with her for a weekend with her parents.She asked her boyfriend if it was ok, and she said that he told her that he wishes that I was a girl since we hang out so much.But this weekend, she went to stay at her boyfriend's house since she won't see him for a month during Christmas break.I am really confused at this point.Am I just a good friend to her, or does she have stronger feelings for me?
