Well I was able to appeal my fsfa disqualification with the condition that I score nothing but c's & up for fall 2009.Well I got a " d" in french class after holding on to my C all semester.I'm still shocked that I recieved that grade.I tried contacting the teacher via email and phone but I have yet to hear from her.Can I appeal this? I got two C's and a B im hoping that I can appeal this again because if I don't recieve this money I can't attend school next semester because I will not be able to pay for books, gas, rent, ect.I don't have parents who could help me either.I have two jobs and even that is not enough for me to get by.I am facing eviction if I can't pay my rent and I really don't know what to do I thought I was doing great in that class and that D was a shock to me I still don't know where I could have gone wrong.Does anyone know if I can appeal this? Even though they told me no D's?

I want to buy a college textbook and searched with the ISBN.The professor indicated the publishing year to be 2009; however, the sellers on amazon/ebay are selling the same book but published in 2008.Will the contents in the textbook be the same?
