Today i brought 2 fish, Im not 100% what breed they are, but i can tell you that they are fully white, and have red eyes.They are fresh water, not tropical.Anyways, When i put them in the tank, after about 20 mins one fish kept on pushing the other fish into the corner and swimming away, then when ut swam away the other fish stayed, Is this normal behaviour? When i fed them, The one that got pushed into the corner was really relucatant to go up the surface and get food, while the other went straight up, it did go up and eat.What is wrong with them? Help!?

For a while when eating certain foods ..or even thinking about certain foods afterwards i feel sick.even thinking about things like a cup of tea now makes me gag, when it used to be my favourite thing like a month ago.things like bread do the same.i just don't get what's wrong with me, why suddenly some foods make me physically gag.it's not all foods though, things like meat i love, anything sweet, fruit, cheese..i just don't understand what it is.anyone able to suggest something ? or do you think it's just a phase? thanks if you can help [:P.s [[i'm a 15yr old girl + i'm average weight, average height.size 6-8.i'm not one of those ones who would ever starve myself or believe in size 0.]]

What's wrong with me + food ?
....is it best to have food/drink low in kcals, fat or sat fat - i know its best to have low in all 3 but which is the best to have the lowest in when loosing weight? Thanks in advance :)

When trying to loose weight....?
I eat around 1450 calories a day and very rarely miss this mark, even by a 100 calories extra or so.Basically, i count all calories I consume and know that 1450 is what i eat.I also know that i very rarely exceed 15g of fat a day and keep my saturated fat to absolute minimum (rarely eating foods with higher than 2.5g).I was wondering wether, if i ate WHATEVER the heck i wanted on xmas day, would i see any difference in weight/body tone/i don't know...anything!? I am planning on consuming the usual; chocolate, turkey, potatoes, butter, bread...etcetc.I usually avoid eating these type of things ALL together for obvious reasons.So what do you think? Because i eat so little normally, will the bad fatty food effect me worse? Thanks!

If i break my normal eating habits on christmas day, will it effect me?
i have a terrible problem with consuming too much food in a little amount of time.I wanted to get psychiatric help my mom wont do it.my doctor wont listen either she just says that i need to control my self (like i haven't been trying that for the past 8-9 years).so please help.right now i weigh 195 lb and i am 16yrs old.

how do i stop my binge eating?
For me, once January of each year are here again, the very first that are headlines are those old centuries traditional firecrackers celebration greeting the new year of each year.Not only these age old tradition that never dies, has cause pollution to our cities and streets, and the countless children and even adults who lost their fingers not just one but 3 at the most rush in the early mornings of January 01 of each year.I think this coming year the same old scenario.Why can't we do away this stupid tradition anyway? Instead of buying food for the dinner table Filipinos will buy the loudest/meanest firecrackers available in Bulacan area.In a couple of seconds once its lighted the whole things blows up while the stomach of the whole family grumbles for food.Fire.You haven't notice there are frequent city fires that happens in the beginning of the year.Its just an observation.Well if you have one then why not write it instead of cursing me writing about it.I am not a doomsday writer for the Philippines.It so happen this is my topic so I guess you have to bear with me on this issue rather than quarrel with what I got.Earthquakes.I know....I know this cannot be predicted even the Philvocs admitted they cannot pre-determined earthquakes but they can trace back its origin.I hope not another earthquake will hit Metro Manila.Merry xmas to everyone even to those who hates me, I don't know why.
